Why I do this

The voice in the room I’d been missing

After more than 20 years in sales and business development, I’ve accumulated plenty of lessons. Some of the most useful have come from conversations with experienced people who helped me look at a situation differently, challenged an assumption or asked a question I hadn’t considered.

I’d like to provide more of that for others.

What good mentoring looks like

For me, good mentoring isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about listening, asking useful questions, sharing relevant experience and helping someone become more confident in making their own decisions.

Beyond the work

Some of the best conversations happen away from the desk.
