Time in Oslo
The ultimate off-site. No office, no agenda, no usual distractions.
Sometimes the most useful thing you can do for your business is step away from the day-to-day for a few hours.
Come to Oslo and spend some time with me working through the decisions that need your attention. We’ll have a private working session, followed by dinner and a chance to continue the conversation at a more relaxed pace.
Bring the questions you keep putting off, the ideas you’re unsure about, or the problem that keeps coming back.
Why meet in person?
It’s an off-site without the off-site machinery: no slides, no boardroom hire, no half-hour slot squeezed between meetings.
Regular calls give us continuity. Meeting in person gives us time to explore things more fully.
We can follow a thought, question an assumption and get into the detail without squeezing everything into the next available slot in your diary.
For me, it’s also a chance to understand you better: what you want from the business, what’s taking too much of your energy, and what you’d like to change.
How it works
Before you arrive
We agree a date and a few priorities. You send me any useful background so we can make the most of our time together.
Three hours together
I arrange a private meeting space in Oslo. We work through your priorities, whether that’s pricing, sales, partnerships, growth or getting yourself out of too many everyday decisions.
You don’t need a polished presentation. An honest picture of where you are is far more useful.
Dinner afterwards
We meet again for dinner somewhere good. Dinner is on me, and there’s time to talk beyond the immediate business questions.
A plan to take home
Afterwards, I send you a concise summary of the decisions we’ve made and the next steps. We pick those up in our ongoing advisory sessions.
Why Oslo?
Oslo is frequently celebrated as one of Scandinavia’s coolest and fastest-evolving capitals.
Oslo has been my home for the past 12 years, and I’d enjoy showing you a little of Norway — a country on most people’s bucket list!
You could come for the session or make a longer stay of it. Leave some room to explore the waterfront, enjoy the city or simply have a bit of time to yourself.
